Do you know a Headache Hero who has made a difference in the headache and migraine community? Let’s recognize the extraordinary people who go above and beyond to make the lives of others better.
We’re seeking submissions for the following categories:
1. Healthcare Professional: Any healthcare provider who has made a difference.
2. Patient: Someone living with migraine disease or headache disorders.
3. Caregiver: The unsung hero caring for someone living with migraine disease or headache disorders.
4. Advocate: An individual or organization that is making a difference in the headache and migraine community.
The National Headache Foundation Executive Committee will review and vote on all submissions.
All nominations are due by Friday, September 8, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. CT. The winners will be announced in October.
